Closing our Doors October 7 2016

After a fabulous 14-year run with your and our favorite Zampa, we, as a family, have decided to take a bow and move on to some new adventures and opportunities. We write this with the deepest heartfelt gratitude for your support, the dedication of our staff, friends & family, and the quirky spirit of Zampa that elevated us all for so many great years.
Zampa will close its doors for good after service on Friday, October 7.We have great memories to share. Come by and raise a glass!  Between now and then we would love to see all of you and celebrate the memories we have had together.
We will be serving our standard dinner menu along with some old favorites Tuesday Saturday opening doors at 4:30 pm.  This could be a doozie.

Tonight’s Specials August 6

GAZPACHO chilled puree of garden tomatoes, bell peppers and cucumbers with garden chive cream.

BLUEBERRY SPINACH SALAD   Baby spinach, orange supremes, crumbled Feta cheese, Tuckaway Farm Blueberries, blueberry vinaigrette

OLD BAY SALMON CAKES   Traditional Old Bay seasoned salmon cakes, baby greens, paprika aioli.

FETTUCCINE DIANE   House-made fettuccine, Creole spiced and sautéed Louisiana Gulf shrimp, Atlantic sea scallops and Rhode Island calamari, local green bell peppers and mixed mushrooms in a white wine butter broth, grilled house-made foccacia.

AMARETTO PEACH HALF DUCK    Pan roasted Long Island duck breast, roasted duck leg and thigh, amaretto peach chutney

BEEF MILANESE    Breaded and oven fried beef medallions finished with melted mozzarella and an heirloom tomato olive salad

ROASTED COD Maque Choux (mock-shoe)    Roasted Cajun spice dusted Atlantic cod, smothered corn and poblano pepper maque choux, shoestring garden zucchini, summer squash and red bell pepper
