Cherry tomatoes, crimini mushrooms.
OR
Butternut Cauliflower Puree with a cinnamon mascarpone cream.

Course Two
Grilled Citrus Marinated Chicken Free range chicken, cilantro, arugula and orange salad,
garden chive butter, chef’s vegetable, sweet pepper two potato hash.
OR
Herb Grilled Beef Tournadoes Grilled beef tenderloin medallions, horseradish compound butter, chef’s vegetable, sweet pepper two potato hash.
