with panko and baked with apple wood smoked bacon anise cream.

& Grana Padano cheese.

Course Two
Grilled Club cut Ribeye Steak blue cheese horseradish butter, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed kale and green beans.
OR
Potato Wrapped Atlantic Cod Pan-roasted, Dijon mustard vermouth velouté, zucchini relish
with Zampa garden hot peppers, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed kale and green beans.
