COURSE ONE
Heirloom Gazpacho
Chilled puree White Gate Farm heirloom tomatoes & cucumbers, Spanish pimenton, chive cream.
OR
House Cured Salmon and Arugula Salad
Limoncello cured salmon, truffled mascarpone cheese, sea salted cucumbers, toasted crostini.

COURSE TWO
Herbed Grilled Chicken
Free-range Mountainaire Farm chicken breast, sweet and sour eggplant and summer corn caponata , Zampa garden tomatoes, chef’s vegetable, roasted patriot potatoes.
OR
Mussel and Shrimp Fettuccine
Zampa garden peppers and swiss chard, orange and local jalapeño white wine butter, tossed with house made fettuccine , Asiago and grilled rosemary foccacia.

COURSE THREE
Key Lime Pie
Or
Chocolate Merlot Cake with a Grape Merlot Compote
