Enjoy the following three course party in your mouth this evening- $25.00 (tax and gratuity not included)

Course One

*Limoncello Salmon circa June 2010 Lemon liqueur cured Scottish salmon| diced red onion|capers|chopped farm egg|toasted crostini|Dijon aioli.    

OR

* Gazpacho circa 2004  Chilled tomato, cucumber garden vegetable puree |chive cream. 

 Course Two

*Blueberry Salmon circa September 2006     Herb seared Scottish salmon|shallot blueberry glace| potato latke |chef’s vegetable. This is a demi-portion of the evening’s special.

OR

Pistachio Grilled Beef Tournadoes – Beef tenderloin|pistachio orange curry compound butter|chef’s vegetable| potato latke.

COURSE THREE

Tiramisu OR Key Lime Pie
